Hi, I’m Sian Renee! My journey into marketing began at 17 when I started modeling and used social media to land opportunities with top fashion brands like Louis Vuitton. This early experience sparked my passion for digital marketing. At UCLA, I discovered yoga and transitioned into the wellness space, working with small business owners and personal trainers to elevate their marketing. My entrepreneurial mindset led me to start my own business, focused on helping other businesses thrive. I later honed my skills with a marketing agency internship and then as part of a TikTok Shop partner agency, where I deepened my expertise in social media, data-driven marketing, and live-streaming. If I had to sum myself up in three words, it would be: creative, hardworking, and determined. I’m excited to continue helping brands grow and connect with their audience!

In just two weeks of taking over the Danni Morgan's stream, I transformed its performance from an average of $400 in 2 hours to $2,000 per hour—a game-changing shift for the business. The key to this success was a combination of strategic product strategy based on data analysis and community building.

At Crocs, I played a pivotal role in launching new styles and campaigns, focusing on targeted marketing to drive engagement and sales. My strategy was centered on audience engagement rather than hard-sell tactics. Even without heavily pushing for sales or live discounts, I managed to maintain 400-800 viewers consistently in the room, with an average GMV of $1,500-$2,000 per hour. By aligning each stream with new product launches and campaigns, I kept the audience excited and engaged while generating steady sales.
